Our Review:

Callwave is known for their revolutionary online collaboration program FUZE, not for their email/fax service and it shows in both product and presentation. The prices and allotted fax numbers are adequate but the website and the program give very little information or help to the customer, with no online FAQ or live support. Callwave email/fax program might be a fine program but comes off as a throwaway.

Cons:

No toll-free number option; No live customer support, just email; No online FAQ; Requires software - doesn't say what operating systems can run it
