Our Review:

You get what you pay for when it comes to eFax. Overall monthly price is higher than competitors, but product features and local phone number availability is far superior. eFax also offers 24/7 customer service/support. In addition to price, only other negative is that eFax requires you to download a client application to read and manipulate faxes rather than emailing you a PDF, which would be far simpler. They are the leader in electronic faxing, so if you are concerned about your provider being around for the long term, they are the best option

Pros:

Largest company and most established brand; Multiple user accounts on one number; Send faxes via email and wireless access; Software is easy to use

Cons:

More expensive; fewer free pages per month; requires software download on your machine; too many features for a basic user
