Our Review:

A tempting but tricky option. Packetel's option of unlimited incoming texts for $3.95 a month would be great in certain office situations - school admissions for example - but would be very inconvenient in something like a sales job.

Pros:

Unlimited incoming faxes; the lowest service cost available for fax/email options; no software; Automatic payment plan

Cons:

Can only fax Windows TIFF or Adobe PDF files; A nominal fee is required to get alerts about incoming faxes; internet fax not Packetel's primary focus; very limited features; Can only use local numbers of Packetel's choosing, can't keep your old one
