If working from home and need a bare bones email/fax service, RapidFax offers one of the cleanest, simplest services around. Although only one email address and toll-free phone number is authorized to use RapidFax per account (which would be limiting in a larger company), RapidFax offers a generous amount of inbound and outbound pages - 300 total - and doesn't require any software, so there's no extra step in sending your fax/email.

Pros:

Very competitive pricing; Easy to use interface; No software needed; Sends faxes through email, rapidfax.com and Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007; Offers personalized cover letters

Cons:

Only one type of plan available; Higher rates apply to international faxes; Customer service is limited and comparatively slow to respond; Only one email is authorized to send or receive faxes
